Compensation Structure:

We aim to offer competitive salaries, paying experienced candidates 20-30% more than industry standards to attract top talent. For those who may lack experience, we are dedicated to investing in training and development for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and long-term vision. All employees participate in bi-monthly one-on-one meetings with their managers, along with biannual performance evaluations and annual salary adjustments based on responsibility and skill advancement.

Role Summary

As an Installation Project Coordinator, you will be integral to the successful execution of installation projects. Your key responsibilities will include fostering relationships with installers, coordinating work orders, resolving issues, and facilitating communication with Installation Quality Managers and other departments.

Daily Responsibilities

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of installers, ensuring a reliable and skilled workforce for our projects.
  • Engage regularly with installers to understand their availability, skills, and preferences, promoting a collaborative working environment.

Work Order Coordination:

  • Receive and thoroughly review work orders, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  • Assign work orders to appropriate installers based on their availability, skills, and location to optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor ongoing project progress, ensuring timely completion and addressing any issues or delays promptly.

Problem Solving:

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for installers, addressing any concerns or challenges they may face during projects.
  • Collaborate with installers and relevant stakeholders to identify and implement effective solutions, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Maintain regular communication with Installation Quality Managers to ensure adherence to quality standards and address any installation-related concerns.

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance of each installer.
  • Communicate with District Managers to facilitate project progress.
  • Onboard new installers with the necessary paperwork and forms.

  • Expertise in RFMS and Schedule Pro.
  • Familiarity with customer portals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Communication:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey information professionally through email or phone.
  • Active listening skills to understand employee or customer issues.
