Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Staffing Coordinator to manage personnel and operational activities at our client’s location.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Compensation: $22 per hour, with weekly pay

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily attendance to ensure all production lines are adequately staffed.
  • Assist in filling staffing gaps as directed by Supervisors.
  • Source and onboard candidates who meet client specifications.
  • Enforce and communicate safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Corporate office.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and employees.
  • Utilize software tools including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Dependability is a must.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is necessary.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting, with the ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
