Job Description

At Flowers Community Living, we are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Developmental Disability Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain programmatic documentation, including assessments, individual service plans, and quality assurance reviews.

* Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely documentation of staff recommendations and training.

* Conduct monthly site visits and provide reports to management.

* Prepare for state audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

* 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental and mental health disabilities.

* Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work.
