Position Overview:
The Hospice Aide, under the guidance of a registered nurse, delivers essential personal care services to patients across various age groups, tailored to their specific physical requirements while adhering to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications Required:
- Educational background meeting certification, licensing, or registration standards.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire if practicing in that state.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience, although nursing students with current CNA certification may be considered.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record software.

Compensation:
The listed amounts represent the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
