Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts and begin familiarization with equipment through training materials provided by the Rental Manager.
- Actively generate interest among current customers with potential asset needs and expand our rental customer base through outreach efforts.
- Oversee rental documentation, addressing customer inquiries and assisting the collections department with accounts receivable management.
- Create and maintain rental contracts in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all related paperwork.
- Coordinate the delivery and pickup of rental equipment, ensuring proper documentation is received and processed promptly.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, or a minimum of two years of sales experience.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment is advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, along with a proven track record in inside sales.

Skills Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn auxiliary systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening and presentation abilities.

Work Environment
- The role may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts and equipment, as well as varying environmental conditions.
