Tax Management Professional Wanted in North Carolina

You will play a pivotal role in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing all aspects of the tax department, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on complex tax matters
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance at all times
- Lead a team of tax professionals and provide mentorship and training
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
- Develop and implement innovative tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes for clients
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve complex tax issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Review and approve tax returns, financial statements, and other tax-related documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax projects
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in tax management
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and 7 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax management. You should have strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
