The University of North Carolina School of Medicine is seeking a skilled Pediatric Cardiologist to join its esteemed Division of Pediatric Cardiology. With a rich tradition of excellence and care, our mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of North Carolinians and others we serve.

Position Overview

This open rank fixed term, variable track, or tenure/tenure track clinical faculty position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to our growing Division. The ideal candidate will focus on outpatient pediatric cardiology, with opportunities for community outreach, fetal cardiology, and enhancing satellite clinics.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education in ambulatory pediatric cardiology
  • Participate in fetal echocardiography and counseling
  • Contribute to the development of innovative curricula and team-oriented interprofessional education
  • Foster programs in basic, translational, mechanistic, and population research
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Cardiology.
