About the Role

Coupang is seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead the Customer On-Site Merchandising product team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for creating an amazing search, discovery, and shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with Coupang's overall business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new product features and experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on e-commerce or search and discovery.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products and features.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
