Aspen Home Care & Hospice Physical Therapist Job

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our experienced team as a physical therapist on a PRN basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their mobility and function
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Utah
  • Experience working in home health or a similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
