LHC Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Meridian, Mississippi.
About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop a personalized treatment plan to meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, endurance, and overall well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
