Order Management Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Order Management Administrator to join our team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. As an Order Management Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the order management process and ensuring seamless customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with customers regarding orders and shipments
- Prepare quotes for express units and standard configurations
- Process change-orders and expedite requests
- Expedite orders internally, working with Regional Sales Managers, Production or Purchasing functions
- Review and follow up on customer open order reports
- Update Sales Managers on orders, shipments, and other customer concerns
- Update activities in the CRM
- Assist warehouse and shipping generating packing slips
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Occasional invoicing
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required
Skills & Abilities:
- Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in database programs and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to function successfully in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Industry experience (Defense, Industrial, Telecommunications) preferred but not required
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma, with five years of relevant experience or Associates Degree required
- Minimum two years' experience in customer support/service function
