Our mission is to deliver tailored services within a structured and therapeutic environment, specifically designed for children, adolescents, and adults with concurrent diagnoses. Our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTFs) located in Kinston, North Carolina, offer a secure setting for children grappling with mental health issues.
Position Details:
- Full-Time Night Shift Available (5:30 PM - 5:30 AM)
- This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of Residential Services, ensuring adherence to Mental Health regulations, as well as state and local laws, alongside NOVA Behavioral Health policies and procedures. The position involves direct supervision of paraprofessionals, collaboration with care teams, and management of the on-call program. The Residential Services Supervisor must demonstrate cultural sensitivity towards consumers, stakeholders, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications:
A successful candidate for the Residential Services Supervisor position will possess:
- A genuine desire to positively influence the lives of children facing behavioral and mental health challenges.
- Required: A valid NC Driver's License and a High School Diploma.
- Preferred: Experience in supervisory or management roles.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in a Residential Treatment Facility.
