Job Title: Application Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to join our team in the Chemical industry. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new data and white papers to promote company expertise externally. You will also influence and contribute to strategy and tactical planning for breakthrough technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new data and white papers to promote company expertise externally.
  • Influence and contribute to strategy and tactical planning for breakthrough technologies.
  • Troubleshoot applications at customer locations.
  • Meet with key global customers to identify new opportunities.
  • Establish and leverage external networks and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • 7 years of automotive industry-related experience.
  • Experience in electronics technology (e.g., sensors, connectors, wiring/cabling, printed circuit boards, modules, semiconductors).
  • Experience with automotive quality systems and requirements.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, including lean/six sigma/scientific application methods.
