Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and control all comebacks to ensure prompt attention.
  • Ensure proper repair order documentation.
  • Review hard copies of repair orders to ensure assigned work has been performed.
  • Coordinate parts requirements with the parts department.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintain a clean work area.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid California driver's license.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
