Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our team as a senior litigation associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of success in federal and state courts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise complex litigation matters, including client consultations, drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case management and excellent client service.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow and develop the firm's business.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial litigation experience in federal and state courts.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to draft compelling pleadings and motions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to client service and satisfaction.
