Key Responsibilities

As an Environmental Litigation Associate Attorney, you will engage in a variety of litigation processes, requiring a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in environmental law. Your expertise will be critical in managing cases from inception to resolution. Candidates must be admitted to the New York bar.

This role demands a strong understanding of commercial real estate law and closing procedures, along with exceptional drafting abilities. You will be expected to meet a billable hour requirement of 1800, while also enjoying the autonomy to work independently and contribute to a cohesive team.
