Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of outbound sales prospecting experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM platforms (preferred)
- Highly organized and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
