Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at Gatewood Wealth Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Qualification & Outreach: Engage with leads, qualify them, and schedule meetings with our wealth advisors to discuss potential business opportunities.
- Client Conversion Support: Collaborate with our wealth advisors to convert prospects into clients, providing support during the sales process and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Seminar & Event Support: Assist in promoting and executing client-facing events, such as retirement seminars, to drive attendance and engagement.
- Market Research & Prospect Engagement: Conduct research to tailor outreach efforts to specific prospects, ensuring a high level of personalization and engagement.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, track prospect interactions, and report on deal pipeline progress.
- Collaboration with Wealth Advisors: Work closely with our wealth advisors to ensure smooth handoffs of prospects and align on client conversion strategies.
- Collaboration with GWS Marketing: Partner with our marketing team to drive new business and support sales initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
