Job Summary

The Training Program Manager at GE Vernova is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of field service employees. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business needs and design training solutions to drive performance improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and design effective solutions
  • Lead complex projects from concept generation to sustainment and adoption
  • Develop and maintain competency models and curricula
  • Provide organizational development support for managing change and implementing training programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
  • 8+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • Technical Competency Management / Kahuna experience required
  • Experience working in power generation and a global matrix organization
  • English proficiency required
