CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER


Fusco Personnel Inc. is actively seeking a Chief Medical Officer to join a dynamic healthcare organization.

This role requires full-time on-site engagement.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the medical operations of the Health Center, ensuring the highest standards of medical care are maintained. This includes collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the design and delivery of healthcare services and programs.


Key Qualifications:
Must be a licensed physician with a strong background in Family Medicine and/or Primary Care.
Experience in private practice is essential.

Ability to work closely with the Practice Director on administrative matters while effectively overseeing the clinical aspects, including supervising medical staff and establishing medical protocols.

Responsibilities will be split evenly between patient care and administrative duties.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering community relationships and mentoring less experienced providers.

Compensation Overview

$225,000 - $230,000 (Dependent on Experience)
