Job Overview

No Company Name is hiring an Office Support Specialist to provide administrative assistance to our Fleet Operations department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and record-keeping.

In addition, the Office Support Specialist will coordinate with vendors and suppliers, schedule meetings and appointments, and support billing and invoicing processes.

Key Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in fleet or logistics operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with fleet management software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Compensation Package

$55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
