Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to provide support within our HR department at STAR, Inc. Our ideal candidate will provide administrative support, assist with employee relations, and support the full-cycle recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR Director and team
- Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee communications
- Support the recruitment process, including initial contact with candidates, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee monthly trainings and online training platforms to ensure staff are current on their trainings
- Track and enroll staff in trainings to ensure compliance with state regulations
- Conduct trainings and monthly orientation for new employees
- Identify opportunities to improve the training our staff receive to ensure high levels of services delivery
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of HR practices and laws
- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred
This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
