POSITION OVERVIEW:
The main objective of this role is to oversee the customer journey from initial inquiry to successful enrollment. You will foster positive relationships with prospective clients and referral sources, ensure appropriate payment methods for admissions, complete all necessary documentation, and contribute to the community's financial success and occupancy targets. Responsibilities include coordinating tours, admissions, insurance verifications, and pre-certifications while adhering to health, safety, and infection control protocols as established by the community's administration and policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred college education in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, or public relations.
- Proficient in English with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to execute verbal and written directives effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff in fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours as required by the position.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare environment.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
- Full-Time Position
- Shifts Available: Daytime
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
- Signing Bonus: $5,000 (disbursed in equal installments)
