About the Role:

The Organizational Effectiveness Performance Partner will collaborate with Human Resources and operations leadership teams to optimize the Associate Experience Journey and develop human-centered solutions to overcome key issues, amplifying impact on business and HR outcomes.

This role supports market-wide workforce transformation through the implementation of enterprise workforce initiatives and best practice solutions impacting the associate experience journey.

The Market Performance Partner will report to the Market CHRE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assigned to workforce optimization projects and initiatives sponsored by HR and Operational executive leadership.
  • Establishes trusting and productive relationships with leadership teams and serves as a strategic partner.
  • Partners and collaborates with Organizational Effectiveness (OE) and Organizational Capability Solutions (OCS) teams, to provide services, solutions and support that support the Associate Experience Journey and drives business outcomes.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders at all levels on process improvement and HR transformation initiatives to include preparation, planning, diagnostic, ideation, development and change adoption.
  • Leads human-centered market change efforts aligned with Ascension's strategic objectives (i.e. Quality & Safety, Talent, Consumer Experience, Operational Rigor).
  • Uses business analytics to forecast, strategize, and identify new opportunities to enhance the associate experience.
  • Establishes success measures (i.g. metrics, KPIs, etc.), ensuring project plans include continuous monitoring of outcomes.
  • Performs within the established processes and structures to deliver organizational performance outcomes on time, within budget and aligned to Ascension's Strategic Plan.
  • Fosters a culture of appreciation, belongingness, inclusivity, diversity and equity (ABIDE) in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences:

  • Master's Degree
  • 7 years of experience
  • Key Attributes: Strategic planning/design, organizational development, human-centered/design thinking, organizational analysis, and root cause problem solving
