Beacon Building Products is a leading distributor of roofing materials and complementary building products in the United States and Canada. We're expanding our footprint coast-to-coast to numerous locations, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for receiving and processing requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product technical information, and availability. You will also coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with the team, provide support to Outside Sales, and adhere to pricing guidelines and policies.

Requirements

  • Previous front-line customer service and sales experience.
  • Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
  • Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.
