Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Pabst Theater Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing partner relationships, group sales, and VIP sales across our six venues in downtown Milwaukee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Manage and maintain partner relationships, group sales, and VIP sales
  • Create customized proposals, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Develop annual events to assist in achieving revenue goals
  • Submit prospect activity reports, forecast reports, and provide briefings to management
  • Handle contracts, contract revisions, and servicing
  • Invoice clients and track payments
  • Interface with various departments
  • Build strong relationships with clients through follow-up and support
  • Periodically attend shows to service clients in attendance

Requirements:

  • 5 years of sales or partner management experience
  • College degree from an accredited university
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
