Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Pabst Theater Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing partner relationships, group sales, and VIP sales across our six venues in downtown Milwaukee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and maintain partner relationships, group sales, and VIP sales
- Create customized proposals, presentations, and promotional materials
- Develop annual events to assist in achieving revenue goals
- Submit prospect activity reports, forecast reports, and provide briefings to management
- Handle contracts, contract revisions, and servicing
- Invoice clients and track payments
- Interface with various departments
- Build strong relationships with clients through follow-up and support
- Periodically attend shows to service clients in attendance
Requirements:
- 5 years of sales or partner management experience
- College degree from an accredited university
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
