About the Role

Newport Healthcare is a leading provider of behavioral healthcare services, dedicated to transforming young lives through evidence-based care. We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Disorder Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive ASAM assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide counseling and case management services to clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide education to clients, families, and community members.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a health and human services counseling field.
  • Current Substance Use Disorder Professional credential from the state where services are being provided.

  • Competitive salary range: $55,400 - $72,000/year.
