Overview

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide qualified leads.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing solutions and recommendations for system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including service reports and customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
  • Proven leadership and technical skills, with ability to train and mentor others.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience in a technical or service-oriented role.
  • Previous experience as a lead or supervisor in a technical or service-oriented field.
  • 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
