Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement engaging programs and activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents
  • Promote resident participation and encourage social interaction among residents

  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
