Pharmacist - Long Term Care Setting

**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to work in a long term care setting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies for safe medication use and management
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide clinical and technical support
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide training and education to staff on medication safety and proper administration
- Maintain accurate records of patient/resident information and medication use
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; PharmD preferred
- 1+ year of pharmacist experience in LTC setting
- Licensed as a pharmacist in North Carolina
Salary: $58-$65 per hour, bi-weekly. Benefits include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance after 90 days, and a 401(k) with company match available for full-time employees with 1 year of service.
