Job Summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support our Arlington VA & Beavercreek OH offices. This role will involve providing oversight and evaluation of major proposals, monitoring major contracts, and being a critical asset in key negotiations. The selected candidate will report to the Contracts Director and support all contract management activities for a diverse portfolio of contracts.

This is an individual contributor role with part-time telecommuting allowed. The candidate must reside in the Northern Virginia area and have an active TS/SCI clearance. Prior experience working in a classified environment is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and evaluation of major proposals
  • Monitor major contracts and identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
  • Be a critical asset in key negotiations and resolve performance issues
  • Ensure compliance with Leidos policies and develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Work with programs, contracts, finance, project control, and responsiveness to customer requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant contract management experience OR master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Local to and able to regularly commute to the Arlington, VA office
  • Prior experience working with the IC community is preferred

Pay Range: $87,450.00 - $157,450.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
