CFD Research Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Coordinator to play a crucial role in the initial stages of the recruitment process. This individual will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent for our organization, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools to identify potential and passive candidates through online databases, job boards, social media platforms, and networking.
  • Schedule complex panel interviews with candidates and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure seamless recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, Agency recruitment, or high-volume recruiting role.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, research, and candidate generation skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle complex interview scheduling and communicate with Hiring Managers and other internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Location: This position will be onsite and primarily work out of one of our offices: Corporate HQ, in Huntsville, AL or Beavercreek, OH. There may be opportunity for Telework flexibility, depending on experience level.
