Implement and monitor process improvements, ensuring that outcomes are measurable and contribute to long-term business goals.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in fields such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, or business management. 5-7 years of relevant work experience, particularly within complex engineering systems. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with an emphasis on team collaboration. Experience with data collection and interpretation to guide organizational improvements. Knowledge of technical strategies, methodologies, and standards.

Preferred Skills:
Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and an ability to organize complex information. Familiarity with iterative delivery models, metrics development, and performance tracking. Capable of driving improvements across technical and business teams.
