We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Development Specialist to join our team at R.D. Offutt Company. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing training programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Senior Management: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our business.
  • Design and Deliver Training: Create and deliver training sessions, workshops, and conferences that engage and educate our employees.
