Job OverviewWe have an immediate opening for a Fund Manager at our Utah location. This role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence twice a week, allowing you to be part of a unique culture that encourages teamwork and rewards hard work.
The Utah office is recognized for its innovative approach to fund services and has recently launched a successful Asset Owner Solutions offering.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary lead in the audit process, ensuring all client reporting is accurate and timely.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Monitor and enhance fund/account efficiencies, implementing necessary improvements.
- Facilitate client and consultant interactions.
- Organize and lead team meetings.
- Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance on performance reviews and team dynamics.
- Analyze company databases, IRR's, and returns, effectively communicating findings to the team and clients.
- Conduct incentive fee calculations and ensure compliance with client agreements.
- Advise management on resource utilization, tax strategies, and budget forecasts.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of investments within assigned funds and broaden market knowledge.
- Exhibit the ability to manage multiple projects, navigate challenges, and deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the industry.
- In-depth knowledge of investments within assigned funds and broad market understanding.
- Experience with accounting and private equity; familiarity with Investran or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
