POSITION OVERVIEW:
Alter Domus is actively seeking a new Investment Fund Financial Specialist to join our Private Equity Fund Administration team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage and monitor daily cash inflows and outflows for investment fund clients.
2. Exhibit strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
3. Demonstrate effective time-management by setting and achieving specific goals within agreed timelines.
4. Address daily operational activities and notifications related to assigned funds.
5. Secure approvals for rectifying discrepancies and missing information.
6. Prepare cash and journal entries accurately.
7. Participate in quarterly and annual audit processes.
8. Comprehend the governing agreements between Alter Domus and its clients.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
We are looking for a high-achieving accounting graduate with:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CPA certification or intention to pursue CPA preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments amidst ambiguity.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively with professionals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Background in private equity or public financial services is advantageous.
