Job Title: Client Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Client Service Supervisor is a key member of our team at SPS North America Inc, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our client sites. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily service delivery to our clients, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement, working closely with the Client Service Manager and other stakeholders to develop and implement new initiatives.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a customer-facing or operations environment.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
