We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Cybersecurity Risk Management to join our team at Fiserv. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for leading our efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Cybersecurity Risk Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity risk management program to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to our organization.
  • Collaborate with Business Units: Work closely with our business units to ensure that cybersecurity practices are integrated into their initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and Implement Security Policies: Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure that our organization's cybersecurity posture is aligned with industry best practices.
  • Provide Cybersecurity Guidance: Provide guidance and support to our business units on cybersecurity-related matters, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to ensure that our organization's cybersecurity posture is always up-to-date.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Cybersecurity Experience: Proven experience in cybersecurity risk management, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
  • 5+ Years of Leadership Experience: Experience leading cybersecurity teams or projects, with a strong track record of success in implementing cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate cybersecurity risks and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex cybersecurity data and make informed recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CISSP or CISM Certification: Certification in cybersecurity risk management, such as CISSP or CISM, is highly desirable.
  • Master's Degree in Cybersecurity: A master's degree in cybersecurity or a related field is highly desirable.
