Behavioral Health Case Manager II

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Case Manager II to join our team at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical services to individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse issues, working to establish and maintain a treatment-focused environment for consumers and family members receiving treatment services.
About the Position
- Provide telehealth and in-person first contacts, screenings, and referrals to individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.
- Assist in the provision of clinical services, including assessments, treatment planning, and case management.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for individuals and families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community providers and resources to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field or a currently licensed registered nurse in Oklahoma with experience in behavioral health care.
- Experience: 36 months of direct, documented experience with persons who live with mental illness and/or substance abuse issues.
- Certification: Certified Behavioral Case Manager II certification will be completed within 30 days of start date.
