Position Overview:

As a key player in our organization, the Hospitality Operations Supervisor will oversee the efficiency of departmental functions while ensuring a safe and productive work environment. This role is crucial in guaranteeing that customer orders are processed and delivered with precision and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage work schedules for team members within the assigned department.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor the progress of production activities.
  • Maintain accurate productivity records and report daily fill rates.
  • Provide guidance and corrective feedback to team members as needed.
  • Engage in hands-on production work alongside supervisory duties.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding any operational challenges.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through clear verbal and written communication.

Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement effective strategies.
  • Decision-making capabilities regarding production, distribution, and scheduling.
  • Demonstrated initiative, urgency, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
