Core Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration:
- Oversee and enhance the Salesforce platform to align with organizational requirements.
- Conduct regular system evaluations and prepare for system upgrades.
- Manage essential administrative tasks including user account management, report generation, dashboards, workflows, and other routine operations.
- Create and sustain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to ensure ongoing data quality and integrity.
- Salesforce Management:
- Lead a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, offering direction and support.
- Supervise the creation and implementation of new Salesforce applications and modifications to existing systems.
- Ensure the Salesforce platform is fully utilized to adapt to the changing needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Strategic Development:
- Formulate and execute a strategic plan for Salesforce utilization within the organization.
- Identify and propose Salesforce-based solutions to enhance operational processes.
- Align Salesforce initiatives with the overall business objectives and strategies of the company.
- User Training and Assistance:
- Provide continuous user training and support to promote effective use of the Salesforce platform.
- Develop training resources and conduct workshops to improve user engagement and expertise.
- Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues to maintain high user satisfaction levels.
- Data Oversight and Security:
- Ensure data accuracy and security within the Salesforce environment.
- Implement and uphold data governance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular data audits and cleanups to ensure data reliability and accuracy.
- Integration and Advancement:
- Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, assessing their potential impact on the organization.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and enhance Salesforce processes and functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and management.
- Demonstrated experience in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory; additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.) are advantageous.
- Strong grasp of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
