Position Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Platform Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in delivering robust, maintainable, and standards-compliant Salesforce architectures and solutions that meet business needs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that all solutions align with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and domain experts to gather requirements and design Salesforce solutions.
- Advocate for Enterprise Salesforce Architecture, providing guidance and technical leadership.
- Utilize empirical data to evaluate architectural requirements such as security, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure that designs adhere to our enterprise Salesforce architectural framework and standards.
- Define necessary interactions with other applications/services, including APIs and service-level agreements.
- Evolve design patterns that maintain the integrity of the architecture throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging shared goals and collective ownership among team members.
- Mentor developers on Salesforce design and implementation best practices.
- Document technical designs and provide training and consultancy as needed.
- Evaluate third-party solutions and participate in the enhancement of DevOps practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of seven years of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Extensive knowledge of software development practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Services Cloud and AppExchange products.
- Proficiency in Apex, Aura, and Lightning Development.
- Familiarity with SOQL and SOSL for business problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts in business terms.
