Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand the client's current landscape.
  • Analyze technical and business strategy roadmaps to develop detailed technical solutions.
  • Effectively communicate implementation requirements and options to both technical teams and C-Level executives.
  • Enhance the client experience by serving as a knowledgeable intermediary between technical teams, testing teams, and business stakeholders during the implementation phase.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops that may involve large groups, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
  • Perform rapid analysis and breakdown of complex business information into technical process components.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to achieve shared objectives.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for technical and solution architecture, including configuration, development, integration, and customization of intricate Salesforce environments.
  • Provide a comprehensive overview of the Salesforce Roadmap, encompassing releases, enhancements, and maintenance.
  • Work in conjunction with enterprise architecture, application development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure that production application deployments and activities do not adversely affect business operations.
  • Document functional flows and update application documentation accordingly.
  • Manage a team of Salesforce Developers, providing coaching, guidance, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical staff to deliver complete work products.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspective.
  • Respond promptly to requests from internal and external customers.
  • Complete daily, iteration, and project-level tasks within established timelines.
  • Lead the design and development of assigned projects.
  • Contribute effectively from day one in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Possess a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and SCRUM.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working within the Salesforce platform at a development level.
  • Salesforce certification is required.
  • Proficient in Apex coding and Visualforce page creation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and the ability to clearly communicate its capabilities and limitations to clients.
  • Experience in building and demonstrating prototypes in Salesforce.
  • Comfortable with significant involvement in user acceptance testing planning.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud functionalities.
  • Highly motivated individual eager to learn and contribute.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with system implementation and adoption, system integration, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Sales Cloud is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% is required.
  • Consulting background is preferred.
