Job Overview

Bridgewell is a leading provider of social and human services, empowering individuals with disabilities and life challenges to live safe, self-directed, and productive lives. As a Service Manager 3, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with daily intervention, supervision, and skills training in activities of daily living within a day program environment and in the community.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide support and assistance in Level 3 day habilitation programs, ensuring that individuals receive moderate to considerable physical assistance or accommodation as needed.
  2. Develop, implement, and supervise a training program designed to meet each individual's needs, including case management and participation in general duties.
  3. Administer and interpret assessments to determine each individual's skill level on an annual basis, and plan and implement an individualized program based on their needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Associates Degree in Human Services or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities required.
  • Training and/or experience in areas such as autism and/or behavioral support.
