About the Role

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of personal care products, offering competitive pay and benefits. As Senior Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring service level agreements are established while building strong partnerships between sales, operations, supply chain, customer care and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish service level agreements and build cross-functional partnerships.
  • Manage/Coach Customer Care Representatives to achieve high performance standards.
  • Monitor KPIs within the Customer Care business unit and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with Customer Care to identify and implement action plans based on customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Lead differentiation plans to ensure success in Sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years' experience in Customer Service/Care.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or a related field required.

  • At least four years' experience leading people.
