**Job Summary**

As a Payroll Manager at Beacon Mobility, you will oversee the day-to-day payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll in compliance with Federal and state laws. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage payroll processing for multi-state employees, including salary and hourly employees

• Develop and implement payroll strategies to improve processes and ensure compliance

• Collaborate with Accounting/Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve payroll-related issues and ensure compliance

• Process disbursements through wire transfers, electronic payments, and manual checks

• Analyze and resolve customer issues, including escalations, and implement remedial procedures to close gaps

• Ensure internal controls are implemented, operational, documented, and monitored

• Work cross-functionally to resolve payroll, payroll taxes, W2, state registrations, and compliance-related issues

**Requirements**

• 5+ years of experience in Payroll

• Workday Payroll system experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Hands-on mentality, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
