Role Summary

This position encompasses a variety of duties, including overseeing gym activities, organizing youth and family events, and coaching youth sports. The role is part-time with flexible scheduling, requiring on-site presence.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Monitor the safety and enjoyment of all participants during gym sessions.
  • Conduct sports classes for children across different age groups on both weekdays and weekends.
  • Design and implement engaging events for youth and families, featuring activities such as arts and crafts, games, and educational programs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with teens and families within the community.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Previous experience in sports and youth engagement is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Current certifications in CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid are mandatory.
