Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the management of warranty and repair processes for our aircraft components. This role is crucial in maintaining the operational efficiency of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the repair and refurbishment of aircraft parts.
  • Generate repair orders and warranty claims in our management system to ensure prompt processing.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all repair activities and associated documentation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of repairs by external vendors.
  • Evaluate repair quotes for accuracy and facilitate internal approval processes.
  • Monitor the schedule of incoming parts and coordinate with vendors regarding any delays.
  • Ensure all repair orders and warranty claims are documented accurately.
  • Track and expedite orders with suppliers to maintain operational flow.
  • Manage inventory levels of serviceable parts.
  • Input supplier quotes into our ERP system.
  • Oversee the return of cores to vendors and maintain communication regarding their status.
  • Compile and present weekly reports on core management.
  • Engage with management on issues related to delays and inventory planning.
  • Work closely with suppliers to resolve discrepancies in pricing or scope of work.
  • Conduct vendor assessments and performance evaluations.
  • Manage calibration schedules for tools.
  • Assist with warehouse operations as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel as required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with Component Controls Quantum software is advantageous.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulatory standards.
