Job Overview


  • Perform heavy maintenance on ERJ 145 and CRJ 200 aircraft, ensuring compliance with all specifications and regulations.
  • Maintain and repair the fleet of ERJ 135 and 145 aircraft, including aircraft engines and components, adhering to industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections during assembly and after repair or installation of components, documenting maintenance procedures and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, prioritizing the well-being of employees and the integrity of the aircraft.
  • Perform daily scheduled and non-scheduled inspections, maintenance, repair, and alterations of aircraft, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Troubleshoot defective aircraft systems and components effectively, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
