Position Overview:
The role involves comprehensive management of projects, acting as the professional representative of our organization while liaising with contractors, architects, engineers, owners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare schedules, shop drawings, and sample/mock-up submissions for approval.
- Assist in production and logistics planning.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate on-site activities with field service personnel, erectors, and subcontractors.
- Manage contract administration, engineering coordination, scheduling, project documentation, and cost management.
- Oversee external subcontractors, including budget management and change orders.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications:
- A proactive and positive demeanor with strong teamwork and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Minimum of five years of experience in construction management.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Windows/Office programs.
